Merchandise blacklisting is aimed at combating fraud, and is tracked by a company like Retail Equation if a customer makes excessive returns to a store. It is therefore important for you to know the terms and conditions that we have mentioned for making purchases from our online store.

1. Prepaid or Postpaid orders will not be returned if the specified product is not damaged when dispatched. A customer will not get any refund if he returns the product after pairing.
2. Product orders will be processed within 24 hours minimum. Dispatch will not happen immediately after ordering.
3. Customers need personal information such as mobile number r email while purchasing products from our online store. By providing this information we will share our product order details and offer details etc. We guarantee that no personal information of customers will be shared with third parties.
4. customers must follow our website regularly as we may increase the price of the product based on the market price without any notice.
5. The price of the ordered product is not changed.
6. Each t-shirt is priced inclusive of GST.
7. T-shirt prices mentioned on our website do not apply to other platforms.
8. Contact Hours – Mon-Sat 10 AM to 7 PM.
9. Exchanging the same product is prohibited.
