Return & Exchange Policy

A specific product exchange only applies to any problem with that product. JOLCHOBI provides a one-time FREE EXCHANGE service within 7 days of receiving your order However, returned products must be intact and unused as we will not entertain exchanges for any used products. However, we recommend you check our size chart and resolve any sizing issues before purchasing. Please read the below paragraph for a detailed understanding of the return and exchange policy.

You can return the t-shirt to our E-Hub (Exchange Hub) via any courier service of your choice. JOLCHOBI can arrange a pickup for your convenience which is chargeable (depending on the pin code). Once we receive your return parcel it will first be verified if everything is fine then the new product/new desired product will be re-shipped to your address with your consent. We do not accept any (to-pay) orders, so please do not submit any orders on a to-pay basis. (Watermark exchanges are also subject to availability. If the new required size is not available to your liking, you can choose any other design in the available size of your choice).

You can also directly visit our e-Hub (Exchange Hub) if you need to exchange products in person. If necessary, we will make your exchange on the spot. We request you please keep the product intact and unused, we will not return any used product. It is also very important to note that if you are planning to visit our Exchange E-Hub in Baguio, you must inform us one day in advance via phone WhatsApp. E-Hub (Exchange Hub) address is given below. (Watermark exchanges are also subject to availability. If the new required size is not available, you can choose any other design in the available size.) Hub is closed on Sundays and major holidays.

Terms & Conditions – Size Exchange & Delivery Policy

  1. Size Change Before Dispatch
    If a customer places an order with an incorrect size and later contacts us via phone or WhatsApp requesting a size change, we will process the request and update the T-shirt size accordingly before dispatch.
  2. Free Size Exchange Policy

    After delivery, if the customer wishes to exchange the size, we offer a one-time FREE size exchange. We will arrange a FREE return pickup from the customer’s address. Once the product is picked up and received at our facility, it will undergo a quality check to ensure that it is in its original condition, with all tags (including the price tag) intact.

    If the product meets our return criteria, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement product within 2 (two) days of receiving the returned item, free of charge, via courier.

    Please note that exchanges are only applicable for the same design/product. Exchange requests for different designs or products will not be accepted.

  3. Exchange Delivery Timeline

    Please note that the delivery time for exchanged products is not fixed and may differ from the original delivery timeline. The initial order may have been delivered on time, but exchange orders may take longer due to processing and logistics.
  4. No Return or Further Exchange on Exchanged Product
    An exchange will be deemed complete once the replacement product has been processed and dispatched from our end, including when it is in transit. After this point, the product shall not be eligible for any further return or exchange under any circumstances.
  5. Damage & Refund Policy
    If the product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping, a refund will only be processed if the customer provides a clear open-box (unboxing) video showing:
    • The package being opened
    • The product condition at the time of receiving
      Without this proof, we will not be responsible for any damage claims.
  6. Additional Exchange Requests (Paid Service)
    If a customer requests an exchange beyond the one-time free exchange, it will be treated as a paid service.
  7. Shipping Charges for Paid Exchange
    For any additional exchange:
    • The customer must pay the shipping charges in advance, OR
    • The customer can arrange and send the product via their own courier service
