When will my order arrive?
Delivery time within Kolkata (approx 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch).
Delivery time to other areas of West Bengal (Approximately 2 – 5 working days from the date of dispatch).
Delivery time to metro cities (Approximately 4 – 5 working days from the day of dispatch).
Rest is delivered to India (Approximately 5 – 7 working days from the day of dispatch).
* However, orders may take a little longer than the estimated delivery date due to some issues with the courier partner, but this is an exception.
Through which courier can I receive my order?
If you order through COD (Cash on Delivery) then you can expect to receive it through Ekart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, FedEx | and Expressbees. If you order prepaid, you will get the product of ordering it through FedEx, Delhivery, Ekart, Ecom Express, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped to us, we will send you an email notification that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
Exceptionally, if you have not received your order within 1 day of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number and we will do our best to assist you.
Do I have to pay any shipping charges?
No, you will not have to pay any additional shipping costs. Because we provide free shipping all over India.
Is cash delivery service available?
Yes, we have cash on delivery service available. COD (Cash on Delivery) charge of Rs.50 (*Please note that COD may not be applicable in all pin codes).
Why should I pay for COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Please understand that shipping charges and cash-on-delivery charges are two completely different things. Jolchobi is ready to bear your shipping charges but if you want to avoid paying extra for cash on delivery please proceed to pay online via PhonePe, Google Pay, or use our online payment gateway (payumoney).
