After placing the order Jolchobi. in will send the product to you or the person you are gifting and you will pay for the service.

Payment:

We shall not be liable for any loss incurred by you, directly or indirectly, while using any payment method/s available on the Website.

We shall not take any responsibility for any transaction due to lack of authorization, or exceeding the predetermined limit mutually agreed upon between you and your “Bank/s”, or any payment problems arising from the transaction, or any other reason for the transaction to fail.

All payments made by you against purchases/services on the Website shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in our country.

The Website will not facilitate transactions in any other currency for purchases made on the Website.

Before shipping/delivering your order to you, we will provide you with supporting documents.

Order Acceptance:
Orders are accepted through website, Android app, iOS app.

We accept orders by mail and customer care phone only in case of special requirements. If a customer orders a single piece then prepayment has to be made and if someone makes a bulk order then 70% of the total amount has to be paid in advance.

Delivery

Your order submission is subject to our acceptance of the offer.

We will send order details confirmation to the email address you provided to advise us that we have processed your order.

Delivery by courier service cannot be delivered on time. However, all orders will be delivered between 9 am and 7 pm on working days.

If the recipient is not available at home/office, the product you ordered will be delivered to a neighbor or security.

On reception (in case of office), your order will be treated as delivered and we will never be responsible for any loss or damage to the items.

If the recipient’s number is incorrect or unresponsive or unavailable, the delivery may not be possible and therefore the recipient must collect the order from our delivery center within 24 hours.

Refund

A refund can only be accepted in case of service failure. Our team will first assess whether any order is eligible for a refund after which our management decision will be final.

In no event shall the refund amount exceed the amount paid by the Customer.
