- We shall not take any responsibility for any transaction due to lack of authorization, or exceeding the predetermined limit mutually agreed upon between you and your “Bank/s”, or any payment problems arising from the transaction, or any other reason for the transaction to fail.

- Order Acceptance:

- We accept orders by mail and customer care phone only in case of special requirements. If a customer orders a single piece then prepayment has to be made and if someone makes a bulk order then 70% of the total amount has to be paid in advance.
Delivery

- Your order submission is subject to our acceptance of the offer.
- We will send order details confirmation to the email address you provided to advise us that we have processed your order.

- If the recipient is not available at home/office, the product you ordered will be delivered to a neighbor or security.
- On reception (in case of office), your order will be treated as delivered and we will never be responsible for any loss or damage to the items.
- If the recipient’s number is incorrect or unresponsive or unavailable, the delivery may not be possible and therefore the recipient must collect the order from our delivery center within 24 hours.
